Portal 3.1.1
What's new?
New features
- Registers can now be scheduled for cancellation at the end of any month within the next year.
- Added usage analytics for users who have accepted tracking.
Improvements
- Exports can no longer be started for companies without a certificate. A notice explains that exports created in the classic Portal remain listed there.
- After login, the Portal now opens the page you originally requested, such as a bookmark.
- Impersonation can now only be started in Portal 3.0.
Fixes
- Germany: Fixed login to DATEV MeinFiskal.
- Scheduled cancellations for registers, companies and locations are now processed hourly after the 22:00 UTC cut-off, rather than the following morning. Failed deactivations remain scheduled for retry. Scheduled register cancellations retain the cut-off date for fiscal unit assignment charging, even if processed later.
- Fixed the status shown when an export finishes while cancellation is in progress.
- The e-invoicing inbox now shows an error message with a retry option when loading fails, instead of appearing empty.
What this means for our users?
Monthly cancellation scheduling gives you more flexibility to choose when a register should stop operating.
Usage analytics are collected only for users who accepted tracking.
Export requirements and history are clearer: a company needs a certificate to start an export, and classic Portal exports must be viewed there.
Login navigation takes you directly to the page you intended to visit.
Impersonation must be started in Portal 3.0.
DATEV MeinFiskal login is available again.
Scheduled cancellations are processed sooner after the cut-off. Unsuccessful attempts are retried, and delayed processing does not shift scheduled register assignment charging into a later month or year.
Export status correctly reflects an export that completes during cancellation.
E-invoicing inbox loading errors are now visible, with an option to try again.
